A near-production concept created with Engines Engineering in 2020. Designed and engineered in less than 120 days to demonstrate what a low-cost, premium entry-level proposal for Harley-Davidson could be. Based on the QJ/Benelli 350cc platform, the XR338 concept delivers credible performance and desirability without compromising profit or user experience.

Damon Hypersport & Hyperfighter Development

For this new company, a world class design and product planning structure had to be introduced and deployed. Within 9 months, a team of eleven was assembled, a design studio constructed and two vehicles on a common platform were created by networking in house assets with global tier 1 suppliers.

SURU Moped

A compete ground-up rethink of micro mobility through the lens of motorcycle development. SURU delivering extremely low cost, high margin and robust performance previously unseen in the ebike sector. The ability to off-shore and deploy as low volume CKD production with minimal production tooling were key design features.
